Why copper?
Copper has been trusted for centuries in traditional distillation because it helps create a cleaner, more refined distillate. While stainless steel is excellent for many purposes, copper has a unique relationship with steam and aromatic compounds that has made it the still of choice for generations of distillers.
For KK Homestead, choosing copper wasn't about nostalgia—it was about honoring a slower, time-tested way of making true hydrosols.
